If we’re honest the real hero of this biscuit is the chocolate, the clue is right there in the name after all, so only the finest dark chocolate would do. Next, we needed an orange biscuit that could match it. The secret, we discovered, was to use orange peel. The result, a very chocolatey, orangey, biscuity indulgence.
Our inspiration for this recipe came from that classic combination, strawberries and cream. A crisp, crumbly biscuit bake laden with handfuls of dried strawberries and chunks of fine white chocolate.
