Description
A creamy mixture of minced walnuts, Parmigiano Reggiano and extra virgin olive oil with a delicate and sophisticated taste. A traditional Ligurian product, ideal to dress tortelloni and ravioli, but also simple homemade tagliatelle. It also pairs well with wholewheat pastas, but they give their best with Genoese “pansoti”.
