Mulino Marino organic “Rigatoni” are a type of pasta made exclusively with the use of single variety flour with “living germ” of the grain of wheat. The flour used is BIO and is ground with natural stone “La Fertè”, hammered by hand.

The pasta, which is produced in Gragnano (NA) with the use of spring water from the Lattari Mountains, undergoes a long and slow drying and is bronze drawn.
