This fleur de sel is harvested in the salt marshes of Trapani in Sicily on the eastern coast. The influence of the stronger wind gives this fleur de sel a slightly more full-bodied aroma than the classic Sicilian fleur de sel. Its olive green case is inspired by Italy and its olive groves.
It goes well with Italian dishes such as quality pasta, mozzarella and burrata.Weight : 70g
