Fior de Sale Italia Salt
This fleur de sel is harvested in the salt marshes of Trapani in Sicily on the eastern coast. The influence of the stronger wind gives this fleur de sel a slightly more full-bodied aroma than the classic Sicilian fleur de sel. Its olive green case is inspired by Italy and its olive groves.
It goes well with Italian dishes such as quality pasta, mozzarella and burrata.

Fleur de sel is a finishing salt, which is added to dishes as a final touch, to preserve the nuanced flavors of the salt and its crystalline texture. The fleur de sel cannot be cooked and must be added out of the heat, when serving.
