Cream of peperoncino chili pepper.
The Masseria Mirogallo creams and pates are made in the laboratory starting from freshly picked raw materials, immediately selected, and transformed according to traditional recipes, with the sole addition of extra virgin olive oil.
They can be considered a modern version of the traditional preserve, of which however they have a much wider and more imaginative field of use.
