One of the most appreciated rice by Italians, so much so that it hold the title of “king of rices”. Born in 1945 from the crossing of the Vialone nano and Lencino varieties, Carnaroli is characterised by low glutinosity and a very good firmness after cooking, features which make it the ideal protagonist of every risotto worth the name. Perfect for preparing fresh rice salads as well.
