Ultra Thick Dark Chocolate Ginger Biscuits in Tin
The starting point was a classic ginger biscuit recipe to which we added stemmed ginger for a little extra gingery zing and then we added the chocolate -and not just any chocolate, but a super fine, dark chocolate. And we kept on adding the chocolate. After all, it’s not called an ultra thick chocolate biscuit for nothing. Available here in one of our signature, clip-lid tins.
