The Smoked Olive Oil from Carpier is made with Arbequina olives from organic farming plots of the PDO Siurana. They come from the Priorat area, where the altitude and weather conditions favor this type of cultivation. An oil produced at low temperature and with short pressings.
The cold smoking process, with pine cones, is carried out for 7 hours. As if it were a Turkish bath, the smoking process brings sweetness and softness.
The Carpier Smoked Olive Oil is presented with Wild Glass 250ml, which not only offers sustainability but also trendy design.
