White tuna from Agromar, preserved in olive oil and packaged in a clear glass jar. This package contains the largest quantity, especially aimed towards satisfying Hospitality/HORECA needs.
Spanish white tuna (Thunnus alalunga) is the most valued fish in northern Spain. Many small traditional boats arrive to port every day to auction the fish in the Cantabrian fish markets. The auctions of Gijón and Avilés are where we acquire the fresh tuna to process it at its maximum quality. From July to September, the tuna coast becomes a true economic and social hub in the coastal towns throughout the Cantabrian due to its traditional, seasonal fishing.
Sea Urchin Caviar with the authentic and emblematic quality of Agromar, in the 55g glass jar package.
This sea urchin caviar is made from the roe of the sea urchin (Paracentrotus lividus), collected on cliffs, rocks and seabeds of the Cantabrian Coast. Sea urchins are a high quality catering product which require very careful selection.
The roe is extracted manually with great care and packed as found in the shell.
The entirely traditional preparation means we can enjoy a breath of sea air as wild, virgin and harsh as our coasts.
