Our selection of Balik Sjomga revives the Scandinavian tradition of enhancing and improving the taste of smoked salmon using exquisite ingredients. The fillets sourced from the belly of the salmon (Atlantic salmon) are lightly smoked before each marination. In addition to using classic dill, Balik has redefined the traditional marinating recipe with the aid of exotic oranges, ginger and blossom honey.
The care taken in the preparation of Sjomga Orange is testament to the perfection provided by Balik. Each fillet cut from the belly of the salmon is first lightly smoked, then removed from its silver skin and marinated in ginger, blossom honey and orange. Every individual ingredient contributes to the unique aromatic taste. Cut into fine medallions, its originality and finesse will be a revelation for even the most demanding connoisseurs.

Certainly one of the rarest caviars in the world. An exceptional, light and coarse caviar, always prepared according to the Persian method. Its subtle, inimitable taste will seduce the most demanding connoisseurs. A true symphony of flavours. A tribute to all lovers of the Imperial selection from the Caspian Sea.
Such a rare caviar goes well with a great legendary wine, such as a Château Haut-Brion Blanc or a Montrachet.

The first and – to date – only non-smoked Balik salmon product is a treat for every gourmet and sushi lover. Just like the smoked Balik products, the Balik Sashimi uses only the finest salmon (Atlantic salmon), sourced from the icy waters of Norway. After lightly salting the whole salmon side, the back is carefully cut in accordance with the traditional Balik art of filleting. We recommend that you serve the Balik Fillet Sashimi in thin slices cut at an angle – SASHIMI STYLE!
This raw salmon is salted and trimmed using the Balik method. The fillet is sliced in a sashimi style.
