  • The piquillo pepper sauce is made in the Navarran town of Mendavia from red piquillo peppers, olive oil, cream, garlic and salt.
    As per La Catedral de Navarra standards, the sauce is produced with selected ingredients and made in a traditional way without the addition of preservatives or dyes.

  • The “ Riojan joy ” is a typical hot pepper from La Rioja and Ribera Navarra with a bright red color, thick meat and thin skin. This variety is planted in spring and is harvested at the end of summer manually and at its optimum point of maturity. Its high concentration of capsaicin makes it a very hot pepper. The hot, dry and increasingly long summers enhance, even more, that quality.
