The piquillo pepper sauce is made in the Navarran town of Mendavia from red piquillo peppers, olive oil, cream, garlic and salt.
As per La Catedral de Navarra standards, the sauce is produced with selected ingredients and made in a traditional way without the addition of preservatives or dyes.
