Then the tarama is mixed with different ingredients to make a flavourful, luxurious cream to which we add a bit more cream for extra sweetness. This tarama is based on a traditional Greek recipe made with crème fraiche, created in 1930 by the Petrossian family. It has a pure, sweet flavour that’s typical of smoked roe, and is perfect for an aperitif, enjoyed with crunchy raw vegetables or on toast.100g
