Piquillo Peppers (12/18 whole peppers)
A unique variety for its texture and flavor, which is cultivated with extreme care, without any chemistry and which obtains its exact point of acidity only from the control of the ph of the plantation. With extreme dedication and delicacy, the peppers are selected one by one. They are roasted by hand so that they preserve all their juice. And finally, they are peeled and canned, also manually.
