The Enkir is a very ancient cereal, the first news dates back to 10-12 000 years ago. He is considered the father of cereals and still grows spontaneously in some areas of Turkey and Iran.
It has great adaptability, has minimal nutritional needs and is naturally resistant to pathogens and parasites. It is also defined as the true organic cereal.
Enkir has a high protein content and a high amount of carotenoids which have an important nutritional role and are efficient antioxidants.
