Toscano Black 90
Toscano Black: the “Manifesto” dark chocolates from Amedei, obtained from a blend of Trinitario and Criollo with different percentages of cocoa. Each of them is an invitation to taste the most classic of chocolates: crisp cracking sound, distinctive notes obtained from masterfully processed beans and the clean sensation they leave on the palate are what makes them unforgettable. Toscano Black 90% is characterised by a delicate and inviting fragrance. Extra dark, but with a twist: despite the high cocoa percentage, Toscano Black is a very creamy chocolate that leaves the palate extremely clean.
Extra Dark Chocolate 70% | exotic
Amedei’s Crus come from defined production areas, since they are the result of a particular climate and sunshine in specific regions, just like grapes. Thus, each of them carries its own individual characteristics and distinctive flavor and can be considered as the most immediate and “wildest” expression of the cocoa bean they are made from. Each variety represents a part of the currently existing cocoa plants’ genetic diversity, as they are all obtained from the beans that best retain the characteristics of each tree type, selected and grown to precise standards by the producers in their countries of origin. The rare, precious beans of this chocolate, from Madagascar, create a product with a full, slightly sour flavour with hints of mint. An embracing sensation, particularly memorable for the complex bouquet and the perfect balance between fruity and toasty notes.
Box of 12 Chuao Napolitains – extra dark chocolate 70%
Immerse yourself in a tasting journey to discover our chocolate with this small box containing 12 Napolitains and let yourself be surprised by the flavour that chocolate will give you. Chuao, it wasn’t easy for Amedei to purchase and process these beans, and “tame” the wild bean, which had never been tasted in the pure form. Afetr 20-day aging period, this chocolate – unlike any other – continues to develop and improves its acidity and aroma.
