Extra Dark Chocolate 70% | robust
Amedei’s Crus come from defined production areas, since they are the result of a particular climate and sunshine in specific regions, just like grapes. Thus, each of them carries its own individual characteristics and distinctive flavor and can be considered as the most immediate, “wildest” expression of their cocoa beans. Each variety represent a part of the currently existing genetic diversity of cocoa plants, as they are all obtained from the beans that best retain the characteristics of each tree type, selected and grown to precise standards by the producers in their countries of origin. The beans of this chocolate come from Ecuador. Its crisp cracking sound marks the start of a surprising journey into taste, with reminiscences of the forest, the flavour of pistachio and accents of exotic fruits.
Extra Dark Chocolate 70% | strawberry, cherry and raspberry
The extraordinary relationship between fruit and a true chocolate of character. The touch of an artist: red fruits on a dark chocolate canvas. Dehydrated strawberries, cherries and raspberries, known for their refreshing and antioxidant properties, thanks to Vitamin C, potassium and phosphorus. Best experienced chilled during summer months.
Toscano Black 90
Toscano Black: the “Manifesto” dark chocolates from Amedei, obtained from a blend of Trinitario and Criollo with different percentages of cocoa. Each of them is an invitation to taste the most classic of chocolates: crisp cracking sound, distinctive notes obtained from masterfully processed beans and the clean sensation they leave on the palate are what makes them unforgettable. Toscano Black 90% is characterised by a delicate and inviting fragrance. Extra dark, but with a twist: despite the high cocoa percentage, Toscano Black is a very creamy chocolate that leaves the palate extremely clean.
