  • Black truffle vodka is a French handcrafted vodka infused with truffle. It is produced by distilling wheat and rye, which is then flavoured with black truffle Tuber Melanosporum at 5% through a slow maturation process. On sampling, this black truffle vodka has a good length in the mouth, with the characteristic woody and vegetal flavours of truffle complimenting the natural vodka aromas. It should be enjoyed chilled, and pairs well with caviar, salmon or foie gras.

This vodka is guaranteed free of additives and is made from grapes from vineyards in the Champagne region. It’s made with Ossetra Tsar Impérial® caviar, the specific caviar that’s ideal for the process of maceration and dilution. 20g of caviar are needed to make one litre of vodka. In terms of tasting, it’s delicate on the nose with a hint of brininess and an almost smoky aroma.

  • The bottle was created by a well-known designer, W. Zoller, and uses all of the codes of the Petrossian brand, including the blue colour, the waves on the iconic tin, and the Petrossian boat that’s embossed on a medallion. And to add a bit of fun, little caviar eggs ‘escape’ from the waves when you tip the bottle to pour out the vodka. When tasting this vodka you’ll discover a whole variety of aromas and a particularly discreet heat. It’s soft, with a long finish, making it the connoisseurs’ favourite vodka. Armen Petrossian’s tasting suggestion is to enjoy it pure and chilled, but not too cold. Take the vodka out of the freezer ten minutes before serving it on its own or with seafood specialities.
