This delicious parsnip & Jerusalem artichoke soup with summer truffles will bring you comfort and sweetness. Made from fresh vegetables, it will remind you of your winter evenings spent by the stove… but you can of course taste it all year round!

Reheat the soup in a saucepan over low heat for a few minutes. During the season, add a few slices of summer truffles or black truffles just before serving.
