Mulino Marino pasta is made with the Senatore Cappelli monovariety of flour, sourced from Italian farmers and stone-ground, leaving all the nutrition of the original grain inside. The bronze-cut pasta undergoes a slow drying process in Gragnano, Naples and is made with spring water from the Lattari mountains, Campania. It is certified organic.
