Earl Grey Tea Jelly
Created from a blend of teas from China and Sri Lanka, this recipe with subtle citrus flavours is naturally scented with a precious bergamot oil.
A perfect jelly that you can combine it with scones, muffins, toast or brioche or for a savoury flavour with smoked salmon or foie gras.
Artefact Earl Grey tea, unrefined cane sugar, apple juice, lemon, citrus pectin. Sugar content: 57g per 100g.
